The Operations team at TransCore struggled to manage and control their vehicle keys. Until recently, the vehicle keys were accessed without logging and often not returned on time. This lack of visibility and tracking of key usage compromised the vehicle security and staff safety.
The daily frustration of managing and searching for keys consumed 30% of the administrator’s time. With an expanding fleet of vehicles and increasing numbers of personnel, they needed a better way to manage their keys.
