Three options for installing your cabinet
In-house
You can appoint someone in-house to install and maintain your cabinet. They must first undertake the Torus Certification Program.
With a Certified Partner
You can employ the skills of one of our Certified Partners – who will guide you through the process and ensure a seamless set up.
Your own technician
You can source your own installer or technician – just as long as they’ve completed the Torus Certification Program.
Training and support available to you
Onsite training at the time of cabinet installation from our Certified Partner, your Certified Technician or our own technician.
Remote support from our local Torus team.
24/7 portal with online resources for Torus-certified partners and end users.
How to become ‘Torus-certified’
Open to both clients and prospective resellers, the Torus Certification Program gives you the skills and knowledge you need to install and maintain the Torus solution with confidence. The training includes:
A one-hour online onboarding session
Self-guided lessons and resources including videos, diagrams and manuals
Searchable knowledge centre in our training portal, available 24/7
Once you have completed the training you will become a qualified Torus installer.
