For 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams in technology, media, telecommunications and retail businesses.

In 2017 I was appointed as the CEO of Torus and CIC Technology.

I enjoy leading our talented team and witnessing each and every individual live out the Torus values. Delivering exceptional customer service and making key management easy and secure for our customers – it’s what we’re all about.

COO

Since joining Torus in 2015, I’ve been responsible for leading the Production, Supply Chain, Support and Project Delivery teams.

It’s exceptionally rewarding to work across all segments of the business – while supporting our clients to ensure they have an easy and seamless experience with Torus.

Sales Director, APAC & Middle East

My background spans national sales, channel partnership and business management.

So when I joined Torus to sell high quality products, provide exceptional client service and ensure a phenomenal brand experience at every touchpoint, I slipped right into the role.

Our proactive and experienced team – paired with our products that provide multiple layers of value – make Torus a special place to work.

Vice President, North America

I’ve worked in a range of capacities at Torus over many years. From manufacturing and tech support to sales and marketing – I know the industry, our business and its products inside-out.

As VP for sales, my goal is to expand our products across the North American market. I do so by leading a team that shares my passion for delivering exceptional value – from purchase and implementation to servicing, training and support.

Regional Vice President, West

My role involves helping people secure, track and manage keys more efficiently – and identifying the right solution for customers.

I don’t just sell them products. I emotionally invest in their workflow to gain a deep understanding of their needs. That way, the products I recommend will genuinely enhance their operations.

Just like my colleagues at Torus, I always seek to go the extra mile for our customers.

Regional Vice President, East

It has been an incredible journey of professional growth and hands-on experience in cloud-native key management solutions. I get to connect with clients across industries, understand their unique security challenges, and provide solutions that make their operations safer and more efficient.

What I love most about my role is the combination of relationship-building and problem-solving. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, whether it’s about emerging client needs, or best practices in access control. Torus encourages creativity, initiative, and collaboration, which allows me to deliver real value to our clients while growing as a professional.

Director of Product Engineering

During my career, I’ve worked on large scale IoT technologies and a range of digital and telco products. So, when I joined Torus to develop secure, high-tech cabinets and software, I knew it was the perfect fit.

I’m responsible for the product strategy, development, and roadmap along with technology partners integrations.

Every day is exciting when your job is your passion. It’s rewarding to know that the products I work on solve real life, unique challenges for customers.

Director Technical Operations

I joined Torus in 2018 and, since then I’ve enjoyed delivering easy and secure key management solutions to our customers and help them to improve their business operations. In my current role, I lead the project delivery and support teams. I play a vital role in strategizing and implementing cloud-based system applications across the business.

I’ve completed several educational and skill based qualifications which have helped me develop a strong customer-centric approach.

Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, I manage all aspects of financial reporting, planning and compliance to ensure the long-term commercial success of the business.

Since joining Torus I have especially valued that the company identifies people as its greatest asset – and supports us accordingly.
